5. Deposits and Retainers

If a deposit or retainer is non-refundable, this will be stated in the proposal, invoice, checkout page, or signed agreement.
6. Cancellations by Client
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, briefing, diagnostic, workshop, or advisory session, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Notice Required: 2 weeks in advance
Cancellation Fee: deposit is non-refundable
Refund Eligibility After Cancellation: if done within the allotted period
Cancellations made after work has begun may not be eligible for a full refund.
7. Rescheduling
We understand that board, executive, and investor schedules may change.
Rescheduling Notice Required: 2 weeks in advance
Number of Permitted Reschedules: only 2
Rescheduling Fee: 20% fee in addition to booking fee must be paid
Missed meetings or late rescheduling may be subject to the terms stated in the applicable agreement.
8. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
If digital products, reports, templates, frameworks, toolkits, or downloadable materials are offered, refund terms will be listed at the point of purchase.
